Cake Pops

 

Payments

 

Payments can be made via a cheque or BACS transfer.  All BACS payments and cheques must have cleared before I can dispatch your cake pops.  

 

Deposits

 

Orders placed months in advance of the date you require the cake pops, will require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.  The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the dispatch date.

 

Collection

Once cake pops have been handed over, I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by customer’s transportation or storage of the cake pops.  

Delivery

Orders of 48 cake pops & under will be dispatched 1st Class Signed for via Royal Mail, a signature will be required upon delivery.  Large orders will be dispatched via Parcelforce Next Day 24 hour service.  Exact delivery charge will be specified at the time of booking.  All orders are dispatched at least 4 working days prior to the date required, however I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the Royal Mail Postal Service.  I will provide you with a parcel tracking number for your order. 

 

To ensure your order arrives with you in time please select a delivery date a day or two earlier that you require them.

Loss or Damages

 

When posting Cake Pops, I ensure that each Cake Pop is wrapped with the utmost care and attention.  However I cannot be held responsible for any products lost or damaged once they have been left in the care of Royal Mail or any other courier company.  For collections, I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by customers transportation or storage of the cake pops.  I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances out of my control.

 

Cancellations

 

If orders are cancelled more than 14 days prior to dispatch of your order I will offer a refund less any deposits paid.  Orders cancelled within the 14 day period are non-refundable.  If for any reason I need to cancel your order, I will offer you a full refund.

 

Refunds

 

Cake Pops are a food product; therefore I am unable to issue a refund.

 

Variation of Product

 

Cake pops are a hand made product and the cake pops you order may differ slightly to the images shown on my website or social media pages.

 

 

 

Wedding Cakes, Favours & Celebration Cakes

 

Bookings

 

To secure your booking I require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Payments can be made via a cheque, cash or BACS transfer. Your date is not secure and wedding not confirmed until I have received the deposit.  The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your big day. If for any reason your booking is cancelled, the deposit already paid is not returnable.

 

Stand hire

 

Due to the expense of different stands, stands will cost different amounts to hire, which will be stated in your invoice quote. You will receive your full deposit once I have received the stand back in the original condition – clean, complete and undamaged.  If it is not in the original condition the stand hire deposit will not be returned, as the stand will need to be replaced.  Stand hire deposit also includes the cost of protective packaging. If the stand is returned without the packaging, this will be taken off the deposit refund.

 

Final payment

 

I will produce your cakes exactly as wrote on your final invoice and booking form. Please double check that it is detailed, as you require. By paying your final invoice, you are confirming that what is detailed on that form is exactly what you want me to provide.

 

Collection

Set up for Wedding cakes

 

Please make sure that the correct address and postcode of your venue is on your invoice. If you request that I leave your cake(s) somewhere or with someone, this is your responsibility. I will not be liable if the cake does not arrive with you safely after I have handed it over. I will not be held liable if anything happens once the cake is set up at the venue. I will also not be held responsible for any damage to the cake or the stand after I have delivered it to you or your venue.

 

Allergies

 

Our cakes contain gluten, wheat, dairy and eggs unless otherwise stated. I am happy to accommodate for certain allergies however, please consider this is a working kitchen full of a wide range of ingredients. While I offer a gluten-free option, my kitchen is not a gluten-free kitchen. I take the upmost care to ensure cross-contamination is kept to minimum. However, cross-contamination could occur and I am unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens.  I accept no liability for customers suffering allergic reactions from eating our cakes.
