Order Lead Time
We aim to dispatch your order within 4/5 days, please allow 10 days lead time from date of payment.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using Standard delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. Please allow 3/4 days for delivery of your order.
Cake Pop Delivery Charges
For boxes of 6, 12 & 24 Cake Pops - £4.20 Standard delivery (2nd Class Signed For)

For 1st Class (Signed For) delivery the price will be £4.85 for boxes of 6 & 12 Cake Pops & £6.57 for a box of 24 Cake Pops.

For Special Delivery Guaranteed Next day it will be £8.95 for boxes of 6 & 12 Cake Pops & £11.15 for a box of 24 Cake Pops.

Orders of 50 cake pops & over will be dispatched via Parcelforce Next Day 24 hour service. Delivery starting from £17.70, exact delivery charge will be specified at the time of booking.

Slices Delivery Charges
1st Class delivery for a box of slices will be £3.85, if you require 1st Class Signed for delivery, the charge will be £4.85.
Loss or Damages
When posting Cake Pops, we ensure that each Cake Pop is wrapped with the utmost care and attention. However we cannot be held responsible for any products lost or damaged once they have been left in the care of Royal Mail.
Refunds
Cake Pops are a food product, therefore we are unable to issue a refund.
