    Unless specified otherwise all preorders will be dispatched '1st Class Signed For' on MONDAY 15th DECEMBER. Christmas is a busy period for Royal Mail so it may take upto 5 days for your cake pops to arrive.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND UPGRADING YOUR POSTAGE TO 'NEXT DAY' DELIVERY TO ENSURE THEY ARRIVE BEFORE BY CHRISTMAS.

     

    I WILL TRY MY BEST TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES THAT MAY OCCUR BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER COURIER SERVICES AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE OR MISSED DELIVERIES.

     

    Cake Pops are shipped in a brown postal box & are individually wrapped in clear cellophane bags, then a layer of bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in perfect condition*

     

    *All of our cake pops are packaged with the utmost care and attention, however we cannot be held responsible for any products lost or damaged once they have been left in the care of Royal Mail.

    All collection orders will be ready for collection on Friday 19th Dec. I can have orders ready on an earlier date, please specify date when placing your order. 

     

    For collection (local to Wolverhampton) we offer black presentation boxes.
